hello! :]] stretch from 5/8ths to 3/4ths using silicone tunnels that i got off kingsbodyjewelry.com. one of my ears is already 3/4ths i just thought i was cool and skipped 2 sizes. it hurt like hell so i took my time with this one..kind of. lol this is kind of gross too. u can actually hear it pop into my ear. but my ear didnt tear or anything :]]
