lol, i did this to scare my friend thinking that you HAVE to go from really tiny to big, because shes always talking abunch of shit saying it hurts like hell and that no one really knonws how to do it, both these sizes are smaller then what i normally have on, i left my plugs out for a bout 3 weeks and they got pretty small and theres no pain or effort going back up to 3/4ths. the sizes im using for this video or a 2 and a 1/2 and PLEASE do not try doing this if you havnt stretched your ears before because this WILL rip your ear if you dont already have them at this or higher sizes.
