On both of my ears I have stretched lobes. And my nose is pierced. (: Industrial, helix, nose piercing all 14 gauge. Stretched lobes are 4 gauge. Standard nose piercing is not that big, it is only an 18 or 20 gauge. --- Happy Piercing!
