This is a step by step vid about how to safely gauge up. I always clean my gauges with alcohol swabs (let the alcohal dry befor you put it in your ear) to kill any germs. and dont force it alot. as u could see mine just slid right in. after you gauge up. you ears will get red and swel. this is normal. it means ur ears are streching. plz do this carefuly. and dont skip gauges because this may lead to a blow out.(your earlob riping) Be safe my body mod friends
